Liberty Mutual Information Systems is actively searching for Equipment Operators. As an Equipment Operator you will program, operate, and maintain one or more types of production equipment to include impact and laser printers, pre-processing and post-processing equipment, finishing and presort equipment.

Responsibilities:
* Programs, operates, and maintains one or more types of production equipment to include laser printers and finishing equipment. Accountable for adhering to strict quality standards. Ensures production quotas are met. Follows established expense control measures, working with team to maximize savings.
* Gathering information for routine output requests for print or finishing
* Production quotas and maintaining delivery standards
* Document and assist in resolving routine equipment and/or production problems
* Maintain records of work performed; record and report results
* Review output for thoroughness and accuracy, check supplies for quality, perform audit procedures
* May contribute to job scheduling
* Make recommendations for process improvement and expense reductions
* Responsible for set up of complex, high speed print and finish equipment

Requirements |
There are 3 positions for 3rd shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am) and 1 position for 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:00pm)
* Qualifications:
+ Ideal candidate will hve experience with IBM printing, Bowe-Bell Howell, Pitney Bowes, Gunther, OCE-.
+ High School diploma or GED
+ Generally 2 - 3 years of related experience
+ Basic knowledge of quality control concepts.
+ Basic knowledge of production equipment including laser print, finishing, or presort equipment
+ Basic communication skills and organizational and planning skills
